How do I make a reservation for a session?

To make a reservation, simply visit our website and click on the 'BOOK ONLINE' tab. Follow the prompts to select your desired date and time for the session.
How do I make A payment for additional services?

For additional services, you can make payment at the store using cash or debit/credit card. Our staff will assist you with the payment process and provide any necessary information.
Are small kids free?

Children under 24 months are exempt from additional charges and will not count as an additional person unless you are bringing in more than two kids under twenty four months.
How do I book more than a 30 min session?

If you need a longer session duration, you can book additional time slots alongside your initial reservation. Simply select the desired consecutive time slots to extend your session.
Do I need a reservation for Life 4 Cut?

No, reservations are not required for Life 4 Cut. This service operates on a walk-in basis. Please note that the machines only accept cash for payment.
​​What is the policy regarding late arrival?

Unfortunately, we are unable to extend your session if you arrive late. To make the most of your scheduled time, we kindly request that you arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes prior to your reservation time.

What is the max number of people for the studio?

You can book a session for up to 10 people directly through our booking page. If you have a group larger than 10 people, please send us a group inquiry email. For groups exceeding 2 members, there will be an additional charge of $30 per person or pet joining the session.
How much is it for 1 person?

Our general pricing is based on 1 to 2 people. Therefore, the price for one person is the same as the base price, which is $79.
Do you have a parking lot on site?

We do not have an on-site parking lot. However, there are parking options available nearby. You can utilize street parking (for a fee) or public parking facilities (for a fee).
A bus stop or ctrain station near by?

The studio is conveniently located near Victoria Park Station, which is just a 2-minute walk away. You can easily access our studio via public transportation.
