How does the graduation self-portrait session work?
Please arrive 15 minutes early so our team can guide you through a quick overview of the studio and how to navigate in the studio. Once you’re ready, you’ll take full control and capture your own graduation moments at your own pace.

Is the session really only 15 minutes?
Yes — this session is designed as a quick and efficient 15-minute shoot for graduation photos.

• Sessions run continuously and cannot be paused or extended

• If you need more time, we recommend booking an additional session or a regular self-portrait session

• If you need time to change, please arrive at least 20 minutes early

Please note: Arriving late may shorten your session time, as we need to stay on schedule for the next guests and allow time for studio cleaning between sessions.

How does the extra member policy work?
Each session includes 2 people.

• You may add up to 2 additional guests (maximum of 4 people total)

• Additional guests are $20 + GST per person, payable in-studio

Can we bring props or decorations?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own graduation props to personalize your session.

We also provide:

• Graduation gowns

• Caps

• 4 stole color options

Please note: We do not provide school- or program-specific stoles.

Restricted items:

• No food or drinks

• No liquids, oils, or heavy lotions

• No sparkles, confetti, or anything that may damage the studio

 

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Can I get all my digital copies?
Digital image selection and delivery will be explained in-studio after your session. Our team will walk you through the available options so you can choose what works best for you.
