Frame designs come complimentary to ALL Photobox rentals. Clients are given the option to customize their frames.
Most frames are able to be customized based on the colour of the frame, the font, and the message written on the frame.
If you'd like your event name, event hashtag, or company name added/removed from the frame, please let us know.
Please allow The Portrait 7 business days to create drafts of specific design templates. If anything changes between the 7 days, please contact The Portrait as soon as possible.
Clients have up until 2 weeks before the event to confirm the template design. If a final approval is not given, The Portrait will use the most recent approved template or a generic one created by the team.
