Cancellation Policy
Arrival & Session Timing Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and prepare. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. If you arrive significantly late, the session may be cancelled and the fee is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are non-refundable. Session Guidelines This session is designed for efficient, professional headshots. One outfit and one background are included. Please arrive camera-ready, as styling time is limited. Studio Etiquette No food or beverages in the studio. Please avoid glitter, sparkles, or body oils, as they may affect equipment and backgrounds. Liability Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or space during their session.
