Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended, as walk-in service is not always available. Please call or email us ahead.

How long will it take to get my photos?
Photos are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
-
For adults: approx. 10–15 minutes per person
-
For kids and babies: please allow up to 20 minutes longer, depending on cooperation and photo guidelines

What's the difference between a reprint and a new passport photo?
-
Reprint: If you already have a properly formatted passport photo from us (within the required time frame) and just need additional copies, that’s considered a reprint. The cost is $10+tax for two photos.
-
Resize: Passport Photo: If you provide a photo that requires editing, resizing, or cropping, or if it doesn’t meet specific passport/ID standards, it will be treated as a new passport photo service. This includes compliance checking and image formatting. The cost for this service is based on the new passport photo pricing.
Important: Please be clear when making your request. For example, if you have a digital PR photo and need it changed to a US visa photo, these have different size requirements, so this would be considered a new passport photo and priced accordingly.
If you have a EU visa photo and would like to use it for a Canadian passport, unfortunately, we won’t be able to adjust the size to meet Canadian passport specifications. We recommend taking a new photo that meets Canadian guidelines.

What should I wear for passport or ID photos?
-
Avoid white, light grey, or pale-colored tops, as they may blend into the white background.
-
Avoid sparkly jewelry or anything covering your face.
-
Hats or head coverings are not allowed unless for religious or medical reasons.
-
You’re welcome to dress up formally, but it's not required.

Any tips for babies and infant passport photos?
-
Baby’s mouth must be closed — bring small food items or pacifiers to help.
-
Bring a white blanket (we use this to help support and blend the background).
-
For infants: no visible teeth or smiles per passport photo rules.
-
It may take extra time and patience — we’re experienced and happy to help make it as smooth as possible.
