Cancellation Policy

Arrival & Session Timing Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to check in and get settled. If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened. If you are significantly late, we reserve the right to cancel your session. In all such cases, the session fee is non-refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations and rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment or on the day of the session will not be permitted. Please plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience. Studio Rules * Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio. Kindly bring a clean pair of indoor shoes to wear during your visit. You will be asked to remove your outdoor shoes upon arrival. * Food and beverages are not permitted in the studio. * No glitter, sparkles, body oil, or similar substances are allowed, as they can be difficult to clean. Pet Policy We’re a pet-friendly studio and love seeing your furry companions! Trained, well-behaved pets are welcome and must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Please ensure they’re comfortable in a studio setting and remain under control. Pets count as a member in your booking and require an additional fee. Let us know in advance if you’re bringing one so we can prepare accordingly. Damage & Liability Guests are responsible for any damage to studio equipment, props, or space during their session. If any damage occurs, you may be charged a fee for repair or replacement.
